Launch: A successful launch was held on Sunday, April 13th at El Cacique market square, according to the Mayor’s Office of Chia.
Activities: A launch was held at market place and later activities at Ospina Pérez and Santander Main Park.
Theme: The festival focused on local cuisine, especially fish and the religious traditions of Holy Week, under the motto “If Fish Is No Sin”
During the event 1248 plates were commercialised including the Filling Filling Fills of 3 Soles Restaurant, representing more than $14 million in sales for the restaurant area. Also, the fish market at the square reached outstanding figures, with more than $69 million in sales.
