The meetings at work in the board room have their place. But there are conversations that flow best in another context: outside the office, with a well put table, good background food and without the weight of the corporate environment above.
If you are looking for a place for a business lunch near Bogotá that goes out of the ordinary, Chia and 3 Soles Restaurant are an option that best consider.
Why the context matters at a business meeting
The negotiations and work talks have an informal dimension that often determines the outcome. A well-elected lunch communicates something: that it took time to think about where to get together, that the host appreciates the guest’s experience, that there’s willingness to go beyond the office’s formulation.
Chia, 25-40 minutes from the north of Bogotá, offers this change of context without involving a long journey. For customers or partners coming from Bogotá, the journey is brief. To those living in the Sabana, it’s a natural meeting place.
What makes 3 Soles a good choice for businesses
- A climate that facilitates conversation. The open-air kiosks and the main living room have a manageable noise level. It’s not the silence of a meeting room but also the noise of a fashion restaurant in Bogotá where we have to raise our voices to listen to you.
- Service checked. A bad-service business lunch affects the meeting. The 3 Soles service is currently 4 / 92 / 5 with more than 567 polls. That reduces the risk that something will miss at a time that matters.
- Menu that works for different profiles. International customers, partners with specific nutritional preferences, mixed equipment with different tastes. The 3-cook menu resolves that without anyone’s got to get into anything.
- Private spaces for groups. For meetings that require more privacy, the event room can be booked. It’s an option for management teams or negotiations that prefer a closed space.

What to order at a business lunch
A well-run business lunch doesn’t make food at the centre of the meeting. The share tickets break the ice without formalism. The individual plates allow each person to choose without coordinating. And the bar can be part of the closure if the meeting permits.
Tickets to share:
- 3 Sole padded (versatile, for nonprotocol share)
- Ceviches (fresh, light, do not compromise the rhythm of conversation)
Main endpoints that work well:
- Loin leapt (executive, no complications)
- Birdie tacos (if the context is more informal)
- Chicken in an occha (elegant, Colombian)
- Roast or salmon (for profiles that prefer seawater)
Bar:
- Wine by glass (Red or White as per choice)
- Tonic water or ginger ale if preferred without alcohol
- American coffee or espresso to close
