Since its first version in 2007, the Chia Gastronomy Festival has been established as an imperative date for those with good food and cultural traditions in Colombia. At its 18th edition, held in 2024, and strengthening itself as one of the most vibrant and cultural events of the region, the festival reaffirms its mission to preserve and enhance the flavors that define Chia, bringing together both local and visitors from different latitudes at the iconic main park Santander.
The gastronomic offer is a perfect blend of tradition and innovation, with typical plates such as amasijos, suculent meat to the plain, a varied selection of desserts and fusion restaurants as 3 sol restaurant offering three fusion food options as Colombiana, Mexican and Peruvian. Each snack is an invitation to know the essence of the municipality, where gastronomy comes to life through generations of knowledge.
